I began yoga in my 20s but it was 15 years ago, as an active mother of three young children, when I really became hooked. I was starting to feel the wear and tear of midlife - yoga quickly helped me manage various aches and minor injuries and made me feel calmer - I loved it and started to explore different styles and teachers.
In 2020, I started a BWY 200 hour teacher training with Yoga Campus in London, and was taught by some amazing teachers including Sarah Litton, Catriona Brokenshire, Liz Lark, and Raquel Alves. I have since completed further trainings with Jason Crandall, and Judith and Lizzie Lasater. I enjoy a mix of traditional hatha, vinyasa, slow flow and restorative/yin styles myself, and bring different elements of these to my teaching.
I now teach people of all fitness levels, shapes, backgrounds, genders and ages. My aim is to help everyone find space and ease in their bodies and minds through yoga.
